Loic Raboteau

Loic Raboteau is a French national and legal consultant specialised in advising private clients on cross-border legal issues between the UK and France .

A CILEx Probate Practitioner and property specialist with experience in advising on international estate planning and tax issues, Loic provides legal assistance to UK clients requiring legal advice in French-speaking jurisdictions and a similar service to French clients resident in the UK requiring a French-speaking legal advisor.

Prior to joining B&M Law LLP, Loic was head of the French desk of UK law firms where he represented both domestic and international clients with property interests in France and other French speaking jurisdictions. He is fully bilingual and his strong network within the legal, financial and property markets enable Loic to meet his clients' needs and provide a wide range of tailored legal solutions and advice in a timely and cost effective manner. 

Loic moved to the UK in 2002, but has kept a foot in France by remaining active in the French community in London. He holds a  postgraduate degree in French law, an MBA and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx). He is authorised in England & Wales as a CILEx Practitioner in probate practice.
